"Right now we are Diana's biggest fans! Mainly because she pulled off the impossible feat of finding renters to move in on the day we closed the property we bought and managed to get a SWAT team of people in to make the house livable. The big bonus was she got us 25% more monthly rental than the other agencies suggested...

One thing we should warn you about Diana is she won't bother you with the little stuff. Once you sign up with her and she takes photo's and shows the place, you may not hear from her for a week or two and then all of a sudden she has a tenancy agreement in her hands sometimes two, at least that is what has happened to us twice now...

 She weeded through applications to find the right tenant for us and our house, and then produced a tenancy agreement that was tailor made (and had 26 points protecting us and spelling things out, in addition to the BC Tenancy Agreement).

Another big thing we liked was Diana's website, its simple, lots of pictures and easy to use. Both of our tenants attentions were drawn to the property because of the website.

We are a client for her and not a number...she knows the tenants and landlords by name."
