FEES

For up to and including a one-year lease:
One-half of first month's rent plus GST

For up to and including a two-year lease:
One full month's rent plus GST

Ongoing Property Management:
5% of gross rent per month plus GST


Please Note: An hourly rate of $45.00 will apply for additional modifications, or renovations beyond normal repairs and maintenance. Securing quotations, hire trades persons for extensive renovations may result in additional management costs. The hourly rate would also apply for the property manager to attend arbitration hearings on behalf of the landlord/owners.
